Everything was very good!, literally everything was very nice!. The hotel is close to the major tourist attractions, Hagia Sofia and Blue mosque are about 10 mins walk. And there are many nice restaurants (and bars) nearby. Hotel location is 10/10 👌. The rooms are quiet, beds very comfortable and is just a wonderful spot to rest after a long tiring day!. And we have a proper balcony with chairs and a table to sit outside and enjoy the weather! The breakfast buffet is amazing, many items hot and cold!. And the service by the hotel staff is impeccable!. They are dressed impeccably and their service is the best you can find anywhere in the world. Never anything they are unwilling to do for you and they are always happy to help you get the most out of your time in the area :-). 100% 5 👌 hotel 👌👌👌👌👌

This was a great location, next to the main monuments like Hagia Sofia and the Blue Mosque. The staff were very accommodating and any issues we had they would try their best to help which we really appreciated. We were offered free drinks at reception whenever we came down morning/night, and the cleaning staff would offer to clean our room and replace toiletries everyday. Previous reviews had also mentioned issues with with noise but I never encountered this and had an easy sleep. The hotel also offered a spa service, with free access to the pool, sauna and steam room from 10am-8pm, and discounted massaging services (20%).

Walking distance to all main attractions of istanbul but the advantage is that the hotel is located in a quite street (no restaurants down the street). There is also a view on Aya Sofia mosque from the restaurant. 3. There is a Spa you can access for free and massages are offered at a reasonable price. 4. It is clean I would strongly recommend this hotel and surely will come back there.

The staff was communicative, helpful, and professional especially the receptionists, bellboys and guest relations manager. They always greet you with a smile while entering or leaving the hotel. Location is amazing! Grand Bazaar, spice (Egyptian Bazaar, Aya Sofya, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace and Harem are all 5-10 minutes of walk from the hotel! (Very good for a city huge as Istanbul.)

The two ladies who gave us the spa treatment were super kind and worried about our wellbeing. They gave us an amazing experience. Also the cleaning lady was the kindest soul.
